This past weekend reminded us of something powerful: our stories, and our presence are not up for debate. We showed up in Waukegan for our 2nd annual Home is Here community celebration which marks the 13th anniversary of DACA and celebrates the immigrant families in Lake County. We hosted this event alongside Illinois Workers in Action and Angel's Boxing Academy.
